September - October: Influencing Culture 

November - December: Spiritual Formation 

CHRISTMAS BREAK December 12th - January  3rd

January - February: Organizational Leadership 1

March - April: Organizational Leadership 2 

May: Executive Internship (4 in person sessions.)

May 12th - 13th: Prayer Retreat

June: Mission Trip (Local or International) (Optional) 

June 5th: Graduation

Graduation Requirements

  • Successfully complete all course work.

  • Serve on a ministry team.

  • Satisfy attendance requirements.

  • Actively participate in a mission trip. (Optional)

  • Actively participate in the corporate prayer retreat.

  • Adhere to the CSLM code of conduct. 

  • Complete the Ministry and Leadership Essay.

  • Complete the CSLM exit survey and interview.
