It is our desire to minister Jesus to the entire person. We have wonderful opportunities for children, musicians, teens, families, singles, and even those who feel they’ve gone by the prime of life. Children's Pastors
Jimmy and Carmen Chase have always been in ministry, both of them being Pastor’s kids. They met in Minneapolis, MN at Bible College. The Chases desire to put God first in their life, to be an effective tool in ministering to the hurt, lost and weary.

Jimmy and Carmen serve as our Children’s Pastors and they desire to see a generation of kids with no compromise for the world. He wants to see kids have an active role in the Church. They minister to children on their level through creative methods and always gives challenges to allow kids to grow in God. They have two small children Sydne and D’Artagnan.

Student Ministries

Mark and Cindy Randolph married in 1997 and have been blessed by God with 3 wonderful kids, Micah, Evan & Canah. God called them to Hickory and Christ Alive Church in 2003. Mark’s heart’s desire has always been to serve the Lord in youth ministry since the Easter Sunday morning when he was born again.

They believe the revival of the church will start its movement through the youth that are really on fire for God and seek His face and ways to spend their lives serving Him.

Mark and Cindy want to equip youth with the tools needed to serve God effectively through evangelism, outreach with missions and in teaching them to know what and why they believe as they do to enable them to remain firm in their convictions to serve God when they face the world. They want to show them practical ways to grow in God through regular prayer, Bible reading, fasting, and service to other. They believe in teaching our youth to see things through a Biblical worldview.

Hospitality Pastor

Barbara Potter has been in ministry for much of her life. As a single woman, she has served in churches in Maine, New Jersey, Virginia and Maryland. Her gift of administration as well as her passion for discipleship and small groups, is an added blessing to Christ Alive Church!
